Indledning

Denne sagsfremstilling giver Økonomiudvalget et overblik over Gribskov Kommunes tilgodehavender samt udviklingen i kommunens tilgodehavender. Kommunens tilgodehavender forelægges Økonomiudvalget til orientering to gange årligt.

Den samlede ultimo restance er steget fra 62,5 mio. kr. i december 2024 til 79,3 mio. kr. i december 2025, svarende til en samlet stigning på 16,8 mio. kr.

Udviklingen fordeler sig forskelligt på de enkelte aftalekontotyper:

  • Mellemkommunal refusion udviser den største stigning. Ultimo restancen er steget fra 16,8 mio. kr. i december 2024 til 35,6 mio. kr. i december 2025, svarende til en stigning på 18,8 mio. kr. Stigningen er sæsonbestemt, da der i december udsendes faktura til andre kommuner i forbindelses med regnskabsafslutning. Det vedrører primært refusioner i forbindelse med anbragte børn, kontanthjælp samt udgifter på ældreområdet.

  • Kontanthjælp udgør fortsat en betydelig restancepost, men niveauet er relativt stabilt. Ultimorestancen er reduceret marginalt fra 15,4 mio. kr. i december 2024 til 15,3 mio. kr. i december 2025-

  • Pasningsområdet har haft et fald i restancen fra 9,4 mio. kr. til 7,8 mio. kr., svarende til et fald på 1,6 mio. kr. 

  • Bolig og boligindskudslån viser ligeledes et fald i restancerne på hver 0,4. kr. fra december 2024 til december 2025.

  • Mindre udsving ses på områderne Fritid, Omsorg og ældre, Gamle krav og SUND, hvor restancen samlet set er relativt stabil.

 

Sagen har ingen bevillingsmæssige konsekvenser, men giver administrationen en indikator for den fremadrettede indsats på debitorområdet, herunder opfølgning på særligt væsentlige restanceområder.
