Resumé
Kommunalbestyrelsen vedtog den 1. december en ændring af styrelsesvedtægten, hvor Sundheds- og Forebyggelsesudvalget blev nedlagt, og hvor der blev foretaget ændringer i udvalgenes ansvarsfordeling i øvrigt. Med denne sag forelægges de bevillingsmæssige korrektioner som følge af disse ændringer.

Børneudvalget
- indstiller tillægsbevilling for udgifter på 75,6 mio. kr. og indtægter på -0,6 mio. kr. som følge af ændre ansvar for tandpleje og sundhedstjeneste efter nedlæggelse af Sundheds- og Forebyggelsesudvalget, og indstiller
- at anlægsbevillinger vedr. Genhusning af tandklinik på Søndermarkskolen og Lindevangskolen og Ny
tandklinik på Hospitalsgrunden overføres til Børneudvalget efter nedlæggelse af Sundheds- og Forebyggelsesudvalget.

Anledning
Kommunalbestyrelsen vedtog 1. december 2026 (sag nr. 291) en ændring af styrelsesvedtægten, hvor Sundheds- og Forebyggelsesudvalget blev nedlagt, og hvor der blev foretaget ændringer i udvalgenes ansvarsfordeling i øvrigt. Med denne sag forelægges de afledte bevillingsmæssige konsekvenser af disse ændringer for både drift og anlæg til godkendelse i kommunalbestyrelsen.
Anbefaling
Forvaltningen anbefaler bevillingsændringerne tiltrådt, idet disse udmønter en tidligere beslutning om ændring af styrelsesvedtægten.

Bevillingsændringer på drift fremgår af tabel 1. Den fulde bevillingsstruktur før og efter ændringerne uddybes i bilag 1. Driftsbevillinger i budgetforslaget for 2027 konsekvensrettes ud fra de i sagen beskrevne principper.
