Udgifterne til lederuddannelse har de sidste par år ligget omkring 1,1 - 1,2 mio. kr., så det forventes ikke, at udgifterne for 2025 bliver større. 

Forbruget vedrørende lokaletilskud er skønnet med udgangspunkt i forbruget de tidligere år, og derudover er der indarbejdet overgangsordningen vedrørende den to-benede model for rideklubberne, der er fuld indfaset om 2 år. 

Puljerne til Vedligeholdelse samt Spejder- og træningslejre er i tidligere år ikke blevet brugt, så de forventes heller ikke at blive brugt i 2025. Puljerne har løbende ansøgninger, så der kan komme flere ansøgninger end tidligere år. Det ikke disponerede beløb vedrørende overførslen fra 2024 indstilles i anden sag overført til Udviklingspuljen. 

Den forventede overførsel vedrørende Folkeoplysningsudvalget bliver 1 mio. kr. over den maksimale overførsel på 4% af budgettet, som svarer til 0,711 mio. kr.
