Beslutning

Tiltrådt. Ansøgningerne til aktivitetspuljen blev godkendt, med undtagelse af ansøgning nr. 59, 60 og 65, som ikke blev imødekommet.

Sagsfremstilling

I Solrød Kommune kan alle foreninger og privatpersoner søge tilskud til aktiviteter fra de folkeoplysningsmidler, der er afsat i budgettet.


Med udgangspunkt i Kultur-, idræts- og fritidspolitikkens indsatsområder er puljen i 2025 inddelt i otte temaer, der bruges som guideline for ansøgerne for at få et bredt udbud af kultur-, idræts- og fritidsaktiviteter.


De otte indsatsområder, der er afgørende for bevilling i 2025, er:

  • Solrød udvikler vi sammen
  • Kloge og fleksible kvadratmeter
  • Frivillighed - for alle og med alle
  • Idræt for alle - gennem hele livet
  • Kultur – mangfoldighed og muligheder
  • Folkeoplysning hele livet
  • Biblioteket for alle - bogstavelig talt
  • Natur og udeliv – til lands og til vands


Der ydes også støtte til udgifter i forbindelse med arrangementer med deltagelse af flygtninge i integrationsperioden.


Administrationen screener alle ansøgninger til aktiviteter og indstiller ansøgninger, som opfylder betingelserne, til godkendelse. Afregning til ansøgere sker inden for rammerne af Folkeoplysningslovens krav til revision.


Ansøgninger over 10.000 kr. behandles af Folkeoplysningsudvalget.

Eventuelt uforbrugte midler fra øvrige folkeoplysende puljer overføres administrativt til Aktivitetspuljen, hvorfor det samlede puljebeløb forventes at blive højere.


Det er et lovkrav, at Solrød Kommune afsætter udviklingsmidler til folkeoplysning.
