Der anmodes om frigivelse af rådighedsbeløb på i alt 42,083 mio. kr. til byggemodningsprojekter i 2026 på Serviceområde 01 Byggemodning.

Forvaltningen anbefaler, at rådighedsbeløbet frigives.

Sagsfremstilling

Der anmodes om frigivelse af rådighedsbeløb på i alt 42,083 mio. kr., som dels afsættes til nye byggemodningsområder og dels til større færdiggørelsesarbejder i specifikke udstykninger. Færdiggørelser omfatter blandt andet kantsten og asfalt, belysning, legeplads og beplantning samt udgifter til vejafvanding og klimasikring. Samtidig søges om tillæg til anlægsbevillingerne for byggemodningsprojekterne, så disse er i overensstemmelse med frigivne rådighedsbeløb.

Anlægsudgiften på i alt 42,083 mio. kr. finansieres af afsatte rådighedsbeløb på Serviceområde 01 Byggemodning i 2025-2026.

Byggemodningsarbejderne, som planlægges udført i de enkelte byggemodningsområder, er beskrevet i tabel 1.

Forventede anlægsudgifter udgør i alt 71,849 mio. kr. i 2026, som finansieres af afsatte rådighedsbeløb i 2025-2026. Restrådighedsbeløb i 2025 overføres til 2026 i den samlede overførselssag med overførsel af uforbrugte midler fra 2025 til 2026. Mindreforbruget i 2025 skyldes en generel tidsforskydning i flere anlægsopgaver.

at mer- og mindreforbrug på i alt 29,766 mio. kr. netto i 2025 på Serviceområde 01 Byggemodning overføres til 2026 i den samlede overførselssag med overførsel af uforbrugte midler fra 2025 til 2026. Beløbet fordeles på profitcentre jf. tabel 2.

Beslutning

Indstillingen er tiltrådt. Dog afventer udvalget stillingstagen til færdiggørelsesarbejde (asfalt, kantsten m.v.) i områder, hvor der er solgt under 50 % af grundene. Færdiggørelsesarbejdet ønskes yderligere belyst og forelægges for udvalget til behandling på april mødet. Områderne det drejer sig om er følgende: Skalmejevej i Sunds, Kirsebærbakken i Tjørring og Sønderager i Herning.
